UPDATE 1-21-10 Exercise-Thyroid Healing-Inversions-Green Smoothies (sorry about the funky vid quality... not sure what happened.) Awesome blood work results since cleansing and incorporating more raw fruits and veg, green juices and smoothies into my diet. I am currently eating about 60-70% raw. Here is my daily to do list from my MD as I try to slowly phase off of my meds for my hypothyroid condition. 1) Supplements: Selenium, Zinc, Niacin, A, C, B complex, Kelp 2) Daily Exercise 15-20 minutes minimum (just bought a rebounder for easy indoor winter exercise) 3) Daily Inversions (headstands, inversion tables etc) 4) 8 hours min. sleep each night 5) Variety of dark leafy greens anyway every day
