Yoga for Sleep Apnea

This Yoga practice may help if you have a sleep apnea problem. Like other excersises, please consult your doctor before trying this technique. I have a low thyroid problem and this yoga practice has also help stablize my thyroid. Hope this helps

  1. I have a thyroid problem too. When I first started treatment for hypothyroidism, I had to switch my dosage to natural thyroid supplements . My hypothyroid started to stabilize.
